Simon Hill

Founder, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Simon Hill is the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pet Pharmaceuticals. With more than 30 years of board-level experience across supply-chain management, business services and logistics, he leads the Company’s strategy, financing and corporate development and has assembled the leadership and scientific capability required to build a new therapeutic class of pharmaceutical medicines.
Expertise: Corporate strategy, business building, capital formation, partnership development and board leadership.

Prof. Isaac Odeyemi

Chief Scientific Officer & Board Director

Prof. Isaac Odeyemi is a veterinary physician, academic and senior pharmaceutical executive with extensive expertise in health technology assessment, health economics, outcomes research and market access. He provides scientific and strategic leadership across Pet Pharmaceuticals’ development programmes, evidence-generation strategy and the disciplined progression of pharmaceutical assets.
Expertise: Veterinary medicine, health technology assessment, health economics, outcomes research, market access and pharmaceutical strategy.

Prof. Mondher Toumi

Non-Executive Director

Prof. Mondher Toumi is an internationally recognised authority in health economics, market access and pharmaceutical policy. A physician, academic and former senior pharmaceutical executive, he supports Pet Pharmaceuticals’ approach to evidence generation, asset positioning, pricing, strategic partnering and long-term commercial value creation.
Expertise: Health economics, market access, pricing and reimbursement, pharmaceutical policy and value demonstration.

Dr. Mike Anson

Non-Executive Director

Dr. Mike Anson is a senior pharmaceutical development leader with extensive experience in chemistry, CMC, process development, manufacturing scale-up and regulatory submissions. His expertise supports the disciplined development, manufacturability and regulatory readiness of Pet Pharmaceuticals’ therapeutic programmes as they progress towards commercial partnership.

Dr. Chris Poole

Non-Executive Director

Dr Chris Poole is a senior specialist at a global pharma consulting services provider, where he leads teams that build the health-economic and outcomes evidence supporting global pharmaceutical launches. He holds a PhD and has published on outcomes measurement and utility methodology.

Expertise: At Pet Pharma he advises on commercial strategy, evidence-based value demonstration and corporate governance.

Scientific & Strategic Advisory Board

The Scientific & Strategic Advisory Board provides specialist guidance across the scientific, clinical, legal, regulatory and commercial disciplines required to build and develop a new therapeutic class.
Its members support programme evaluation, scientific decision-making, intellectual-property development, clinical relevance, pharmaceutical partnering and the translation of discovery into commercially valuable medicines.

Dr. Janita Good

Dr. Janita Good is a leading life-sciences transactional lawyer with extensive experience in pharmaceutical partnering, licensing, investment and corporate transactions. With a doctorate in biochemistry from the University of Oxford, she brings a valuable combination of scientific understanding and commercial legal expertise to Pet Pharmaceuticals’ development, partnering and asset-monetisation strategy.

Dr. Andy Nicoll

Dr. Andy Nicoll is a pharmaceutical patent attorney and scientist with extensive experience spanning preclinical drug discovery, intellectual-property strategy and the protection of pharmaceutical innovation. His expertise supports Pet Pharmaceuticals in building robust, commercially relevant intellectual property around its discovery capability and therapeutic programmes.
Expertise: Pharmaceutical intellectual property, patent strategy, preclinical drug discovery, lead development and commercial protection.

Dr. Gary Richter

Dr. Gary Richter is an internationally recognised veterinarian with extensive experience in integrative companion-animal medicine, combining conventional treatment with evidence-informed complementary and nature-derived therapeutic approaches. His clinical perspective supports the Company’s understanding of real-world veterinary needs, treatment tolerability and the practical application of differentiated medicines.
Expertise: Integrative veterinary medicine, companion-animal clinical practice, nature-derived therapeutics, pain management and preventive care.

Prof. Balarabe Jahun

Prof. Balarabe Jahun is a senior veterinary academic and biotechnology leader with extensive experience in veterinary medicine, infectious disease, clinical research and nature-derived therapeutics. His expertise supports the scientific evaluation of phytopharmaceutical candidates, translational research and the development of medicines addressing important animal-health challenges.

Prof. Kate White

Her expertise supports the evaluation of safety, tolerability, animal welfare and clinical-development considerations across Pet Pharmaceuticals’ therapeutic programmes.

Prof. George Valiakos

Prof. George Valiakos is a veterinary academic and infectious-disease specialist with extensive expertise in microbiology, bacterial diseases, antimicrobial use and resistance, and One Health. His experience supports the scientific evaluation of infectious-disease programmes and the wider relationship between animal, human and environmental health.

Dr. Eleni Pavlidou
